Nocturne Ventures and with its affiliates, (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our” or “company”, "Nocturne Capital", "NocturneCap"), websites and mobile and desktop applications, including content, available on the properties (“properties”, “content”), to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy explains how we obtain, use, and disclose your information, as well as your rights and options regarding our use of your information. This Policy pertains to the information we collect when you interact with us, such as when you access our websites or engage with us in other ways (referred to as the "Platform"). Your usage of the Platform is subject to both this Privacy Policy and our Terms. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our Platform.
Information We Collect and Use
We gather and process the following categories of Personal Information as part of our Platform's operations and service delivery, and use them for regular business and commercial purposes (including legal compliance, auditing, security, and anti-fraud efforts), as outlined below:
- Communications, Submissions, and Other User-Generated Content. We gather the information and content that you submit, or communicate to us through various channels. We also collect the information you submit through contact, sign-up, and profile forms, email communications, and other submissions (including reviews and surveys), as well as when you converse with our customer service representatives.

- Audio and Visual Information. We receive any pictures that you share with us through our Platform. We may also record customer service phone calls for quality control and legal compliance purposes.
Information Provided About You by Third Parties.
We may, on occasion, supplement the information we gather about you with data from third parties, including:
- Social Media Networks. When you "like" or "follow" us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other social media sites, we may collect some information from you, such as your name, email address, and any comments or content you post that pertains to us. We also collect your information if you engage with social media features on our Platform, such as like and share buttons.
- Marketing Partners and Data Providers. We may collect data about you from marketing partners and data providers, including personal identifiers, commercial information, usage data, and generally accessible information that aids us in providing you with products and services that we believe will be of interest to you.

Additionally, we may collect other information about you, your device, or your usage of the Platform, as described to you at the point of collection or with your permission. However, you have the option of not providing us with certain types of information, though doing so may affect your ability to utilize certain features of the Platform. We automatically gather information about your use of the Platform, such as when you view and engage with our ads and content or open one of our emails (collectively referred to as "Usage Information").
Usage Information includes:
- Device Information and Related Identifiers. We and our service providers collect your IP address and device-specific information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information, including your phone number.
- Browsing Information. We and our service providers analyze and collect information about your usage activity when using the Platform, such as the areas you visit within the Platform, the URL that referred you to the Platform, how long you spend on the Platform, and the time of day of your visit. We also collect error logs, language preferences, and similar information.
- Location Information. We collect general location information about your device or computer, such as the city and state it is located in based on its IP address, when you use the Platform. We may also receive general location information when you use location features or input your zip code, and if your mobile device allows, we may collect precise geolocation information with your permission.
Automatic Collection of Information from Cookies and Other Technologies
We and our partners use various tracking technologies, such as web server logs, cookies, tags, tracking pixels, and similar tracking technologies ("Cookies"), to collect the information outlined above automatically.
- Cookies. A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. It enables us to recognize your computer, store your preferences and settings, understand the web pages you visited within the Platform, and enhance your user experience by delivering tailored content and advertising. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, but doing so may affect some website features or services.
- Web Beacons. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons may be inserted into our web pages and emails. They may be invisible to you, but they allow us to count visitors to the Platform, monitor how users navigate the Platform, make cookies more effective, and analyze how our emails, articles, and links were opened, viewed, and used.
- Mobile Identifiers. We may use SDKs that utilize mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on Apple mobile devices or Advertising ID on Android mobile devices) that work similarly to cookies on mobile devices. You may reset your IDFA or Advertising ID in your mobile device settings.
- Inferences from the Information Listed. We may use the information listed on this page to make inferences about your preferences, which helps us provide personalized content and offers and develop better products and services.
Most browsers provide options to stop accepting new cookies, receive notification of new cookies, and disable existing cookies. Note that rejecting cookies does not mean that you will not see ads when you use the Platform. How We Use Personal Information
We and our service providers use your Personal Information to:
- Administer your experience on the Platform;
- Provide, manage, and improve the Platform;
- Respond to and fulfill your requests;
- Process payments;
- Provide effective and efficient customer service, including through our interactive chat functions;

Additionally, we may aggregate, de-identify, or anonymize any information collected through the Platform in such a way that we cannot reasonably link it to you or your device. We may use such aggregate, de-identified, or anonymous information for any purpose, including research and marketing purposes.
How We Share Personal Information
- Service Providers. We may share your Personal Information with service providers, including payment processors, fraud detection vendors, and technology providers, who assist us in operating our Platform, maintaining our databases and websites, administering emails, displaying content, and analyzing website usage activity. We may also share your personal identifiers and commercial information with marketing vendors to send you marketing communications and other communications on our behalf.
- Partners from Whom You Request Information. We may share your personal identifiers and commercial information with other companies from whom you request a specific product or service so they can market their products or services to you. - Public Disclosures Using the Platform. Information you provide in the content of your questions, answers, and other communications on our websites and through the Platform may not be private or confidential and may be available to other users. Posts may be collected, copied, or used by others without your or our knowledge, and the security and other protective provisions of this Policy will not apply. Be cautious when disclosing any Personal Information in Posts on the Platform.
- Third-Party Partners to Provide Co-Branded or Jointly Offered Products and Services and Contests. We may partner with third parties to offer services, products, events, and promotions on a co-branded or cross-promotional basis. The information you provide in connection with such services may be collected directly by or shared with that third party.
- Business Transfers. Analytics and Advertising
Analytics
We use third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools. This information helps us improve our services, prevent fraud, and provide certain features to you. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. If you receive email from us, we may use tracking pixels to capture data such as when you open our message or click on links or banners our email contains. This data allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns.
Online Advertising
Third-party advertising technologies may place cookies or other tracking technologies on your device to collect information about you and deliver relevant advertising about our Platform on other websites you visit and other services you use. We do not have access to or control over these cookies or tracking technologies placed on your device by non-affiliated third parties. Notice Concerning Do Not Track
Some web browsers have a Do Not Track (DNT) feature that allows users to express their preference regarding tracking by websites they visit. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals. We respect your privacy and provide you with choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Information on the Platform. Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Information. For example, under local laws, including in the European Union, you may have the right to:

- Update or correct your information;
- Delete certain information; and

Opting Out of Personalized Advertising
You can also opt-out of some network advertising programs that use your information. Here are some steps you can take to opt-out:
- Visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Opt-Out Page (http://www.aboutads.info/choices). The DAA Opt-Out Page provides a tool that identifies its member companies that have Cookies on your browser and provides links to those companies.
- Update the privacy settings in the Help section of your browser, or in the Settings tab on your mobile device.
- Click on the Ad Choices icon in certain advertisements.
- Opt out of additional third-party advertising networks by going to the Network Advertising Initiative’s Website (http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp) and following the directions provided.
- Many network advertising programs allow you to view and manage the interest categories they have compiled from your online browsing activities. These interest categories help determine the types of personalized advertisements you may receive.
Please note that these opt-outs apply per device, so you will have to opt-out for each device through which you access our Platform. Even if you choose to remove your information or “opt out,” you may continue to see advertisements while you are browsing online; however, those advertisements will no longer be tailored to your interests. Additionally, information regarding your usage may still be collected for research, analytics, or internal operations purposes.
Third Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience and information purposes, such as sites that link via banner ads. However, please note that if you access other sites through the provided links, you may leave the Platform. It is important to understand that the operators of these websites may collect information from you in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of use, which may differ from ours. We do not endorse or control the policies or practices of third-party websites that we do not control or operate. We recommend that you always read the privacy policy of any site you access to understand their specific privacy and information usage practices.
Children's Personal Information
We do not knowingly collect or store any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 13 has provided us with information without his or her consent, he or she should contact us based on the information provided on this page. As required by law, we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time. We may also delete Personal Information from our websites, as well as Posts and other information, from users we believe are under the age of 18.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or the law, or changes in our practices regarding information collection and use. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will provide notice of those changes and may do so by announcing the change through the Platform or as required by law. Any changes to this Policy will become effective as of the Effective Date on the top of this page. By continuing to use the Platform after the most current Effective Date, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to such changes. Jurisdiction
The Platform is controlled by us from India. We make no representation that the Content on the Platform is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Our privacy and terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws in India. Any action brought to enforce these Terms of Use shall be brought in the courts located in and having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
